Central Mississippi Home Inspector Ezra Hamilton of E-Z Home Inspections brings the ASHI Experience and more than 30 years turn-key construction background in new construction and renovations to the inspection business . Our valuable experience and training is used on every inspection. It is our goal to perform a quality, unbiased inspection that will give the client the necessary information to make a wise decision concerning the property they are purchasing.

We take an in-depth, unbiased look to evaluate the physical condition of the structure and mechanical systems. It identifies items that need to be repaired or replaced. We visually inspect the structural components, roofing, electrical, plumbing, heat, ventilation and air conditioning, insulation and interiors. Choosing the right inspector could mean the difference between finding tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars in problems or not finding them at all.

The report is a check list type with summary notes of any problems found that need to be corrected and color photos of anything that is found defective or damaged. The reports are e-mailed to the clients and the buying real estate agent. We also perform follow up inspections for a fee fee to verify that the repairs have been made.
