Ezra Hamilton of E-Z Home Inspections brings more than 35 years of turn-key construction background in new construction and renovations to the inspection business.  His experience and training is used on every inspection and is performed with honesty and integrity.  It's his goal to perform a quality, unbiased inspection.

Ezra began his training in the Carpenter Union's 4-year Apprenticeship progam.  He completed this program in 2.5 years.  He gained experience and knowledge of what goes into the mechanics of building projects from the ground up (turnkey), renovating residential properties and working with all building trades.  He has worked as a Carpenter, Superintendent and Contractor.  His 38 plus years experience gives him an advantage inspecting a home or commercial building that most home inspectors do not possess, related experience.

"I take an in-depth, unbiased look to evaluate the physical condition of the structure and electrical/mechanical systems. It identifies items that need to be repaired or replaced. I visually inspect the structural components, roofing, electrical, plumbing, heat, ventilation and air conditioning, insulation and interiors. Choosing the right inspector could mean the difference between finding tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars in problems or not finding them at all."

Ezra's report is a check list type format with summary notes of issues that need correcting or addressing. The report includes color photos of all defects or damaged componants. The report is e-mailed to his clients and the appropriate real estate agent within twenty four hours. He also performs follow up inspections for a small fee to verify that the repairs have been made.
